CANCELLATION:

Cancellation request can be made within 12 hours of placing an order. Simply log-in to your account & cancel order from your order history. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed for shipping.
Warrier Safe Shields reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Warrier Safe Shields will accept returns in the following conditions:

  1. If the product was received in a damaged condition during shipping – Customer needs to apply for a return within 12 hours of receipt of product delivery along with pictures of the damage.
  2. Hygiene products such as Sippline will not eligible for returns if the package is opened or tampered or torn

Products returned would be eligible for exchange with new product or coupons to be redeemed on the website for the same amount.
Return shipping: Goods to be packaged in the same box as received. Once packaged, we will arrange for a free pick up from the delivery address.
This policy holds for purchases made from our web portal i.e. www.sippline.com only To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be sealed in its original packing in other words in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to be accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please make sure that the returned / Exchange items are packed securely, not limited to original packaging to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved and eligible for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
You will receive the credit within 15 days, depending on your payment mode and its policies.
